Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) Committee - This committee coordinates, monitors, and advocates actions to increase the participation of women in STEM and ADIHA. It supports and empowers women in the STEM professions through example and achievement. Community Development Committee - The Community Development Committee addresses the broad objectives of developing a strong and mutually beneficial partnership between ADIHA and community organizations, including educational institutions such as schools and universities. This Committee is also charged with the development of a framework for structured and efficient communication and collaboration between ADIHA and the community.
