Gabrielle Cazeau

Gabrielle Cazeau is an R &D engineer and product developer at General Mills Inc., a multinational manufacturer and marketer of branded consumer foods. Gabrielle is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where she received a B.S in Chemical Engineering. Gabrielle began her career at General Mills as a summer intern where she worked on cereal technology projects that focused on eliminating ingredient waste and reducing costs at the Cincinnati cereal factory. Since joining General Mills full time in 2014, Gabrielle has worked in the Cereal division doing renovation and development work for key kids cereal brands, such as Trix and Reese’s Puffs.

As a student, Gabrielle had the opportunity to study abroad in France and conducted student research in the school of engineering. While at Washington University in St. Louis, she was active in both the scholastic and local community, where she participated in numerous campus events and volunteered with Bilingual International Assistant Services as a coach for immigrants studying for their citizenship exam. Gabrielle grew up in Maryland with her parents Tony and Carline and her sister, Valerie. Her family is active in the D.C. Metropolitan Area Haitian community and following their example, Gabrielle looks forward to engaging with ADIHA.
